Privacy notice for the tutoring and booking service

This notice explains what this service keeps when you book a consultation or enrol a student in online tutoring with Dr. Nisha Phillip Malahoo, and what it does not keep.

What we keep

• For consultations: your name, email address, organisation (if given), notes you provide, the booked time and payment references.
• For tutoring: the parent or guardian's name and email address, the student's first name or an alias, the student's grade, the chosen plan, session times and payment references.
• A record of when the parent agreement was accepted, including the version, time and network address.

What we do not keep

• No recordings of live sessions. Sessions are not recorded.
• No chat logs and no uploaded files.
• No contact details for children. Students never have their own account or email address.
• No card details. Payments are handled on the secure pages of our payment providers.

How long we keep it

A family record and its session history are deleted 12 months after the last session. Payment references are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.
